| This is an awesome
book if you want to learn more about dinosaurs. Not only does it
have cool pictures, it is really detailed so you learn lots and
lots about dinos.
When I started the book, I knew hardly anything
about dinosaurs. But after reading the book, I know a lot! For example,
did you know that the tyrannosaurus had incredible jaw strength?
Each tooth could exert a crushing force equal to the weight of a
pickup truck! Wow. Pretty scary, huh?
The best thing about the book was the parts
about the paleontologists. My favourite drawing was the one of a
little skeleton curled up in an egg. It was so cool! But the worst
part, to me, was the cover of the book. The dinosaur looked very
plastic and I think it would be better if the picture was of a skeleton,
or something like that.
If I had to describe the book in just one
word, that word would be...awesome! Out of a score of 10, I would
give it a 9. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10, is that
there are a lot of words in smaller printing, and because of the
cover.
